Our mission is to provide services and products of the highest quality possible to satisfy the needs of our customers. Our staff strives on a daily basis to ensure that our slogan „Szintézis – a secure partner” is not just that, a slogan. We invite you to see for yourself!The history of Szintézis Information Technology, Inc. goes back nearly 25 years. The Szintézis subsidiary was established in 1987 in Győr under the leadership of highly regarded managers from prominent IT firms in the region.
In 1990 these experts established Szintézis Computer System House, LLC., the main acitivity of which was the development of software, IT consulting, retail of personal computers and IT services. During the past decade, our company's profile of hardware and software has expanded dramatically along with our customer base, which now includes companies operating both locally and nationally.
On September 3, 2002 our company was incorporated as Szintézis Information Technology Inc. Currently, the companies businesses are controlled by four Hungarian private citizens.
Szintézis has since evolved into a business group (with offices in: Sopron, Budapest, Salgótarján, Debrecen - affiliates in: Győr, Szombathely, Szeged, Dombóvár) and a headquarters located in a new company-owned office building that houses the management, marketing, system engineering, training and administrative departments.Currently 110 individuals works at the company headquarters, while over 300 are employed by the Szintézis Group. Ninety percent of the qualified technical staff provide retail related services to clients and are responsible for the first class support that our customers receive.
Our continuously expanding scope of activities (implementation of Enterprise Systems, production of notebooks, etc.) occur mainly in Hungary, however, we are also actively expanding beyond Hungary’s borders as well. To this end, we established affiliates in Romania (Nagyvárad, Bukarest) and Slovakia (Bratislava). Today, the Szintézis Group is positioned prominently in the IT sector in Central Europe.
Szintézis has over 16 supplying partners who help us maintain our flexibility and comprehensive range of solutions and support for our customers throughout Hungary. Our continuously expanding list of contacts with reliable, name-brand software and hardware manufacturers ensures high quality training for our experts to keep them in step with the changing market.
In 1999, ISO 9001 quality control was implemented for the entire company; since 2003 this has been expanded with ISO 9001-2000 quality control.
